Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify God. To Him belongs the Kingdom and all praise. He has power over all things. 1 He it is Who created you, but one of you is an unbeliever and another of you is a believer; and Allah sees what you do. 2 He created the heavens and the earth for a purpose. He formed you and gave you the best of forms. To Him you shall all return. 3 He knows all that is in the heavens and the earth and all that you reveal or conceal. God knows best whatever the hearts contain. 4 Have you not heard the news of those before you who disbelieved? They tasted the mischief of their action, and for them is a painful punishment. 5 That is because, when their Messengers came to them with clear proofs they said: 'Shall humans be our guides' They disbelieved and turned away, but Allah was not in need (of them). Allah is the Rich and the Praised. 6 The unbelievers assert that they will never be raised up. Say: 'Yes indeed, by my Lord! You shall be raised up, then you shall be told the things you did. That is easy for God.' 7 Therefore, believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and in the Light (this Quran) which We have sent down. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do. 8 The Day that He assembles you (all) for a Day of Assembly,- that will be a Day of mutual loss and gain (among you), and those who believe in Allah and work righteousness,- He will remove from them their ills, and He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever: that will be the Supreme Achievement. 9 And those who disbelieved and denied Our signs, are the people of the fire – to remain in it forever; and what a wretched outcome! 10
