The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 Raging Fire. 11
