No, by the moon! 32 By the night when it departs. 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 Verily, that [hell-fire] is Indeed one of the great [forewarnings] 35 As a warning to humanity - 36 alike to every one of you, who want to go forward or hang back. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 except the people of the right hand 39 who in their gardens will be enquiring 40 about the guilty ones: 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They shall say: We were not of those who prayed; 43 and neither did we feed the needy; 44 and we plunged along with the plungers, 45 And we have been belying the Day of Requital. 46 till the Certain came to us.' -- 47 The mediation of no mediators will avail them then. 48 Then what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away 49 like frightened donkeys 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 No, indeed they have no fear of the Everlasting Life. 53 Nay, verily, this is an admonition 54 So whoever wills may heed advice from it. 55 And they shall not heed unless Allah willeth. He is the Lord of piety, and the Lord of forgiveness. 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
