And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
