3/4 Hizb 45

And indeed Nooh prayed to Us so what an excellent Acceptor of Prayer We are! 75 And We delivered him and his people from the Great Calamity, 76 and made his offspring the only ones to survive, 77 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 78 'Peace be upon Noah among all beings!' 79 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 80 for he was truly one of our believing servants: 81 Then the rest we overwhelmed in the Flood. 82 ۞ Of his party was also Abraham; 83 Recall what time he came unto his Lord with a heart whole. 84 and when he said to his father and to his nation: 'What do you worship? 85 A lie-- gods besides Allah-- do you desire? 86 What do you think of the Lord of the Worlds' 87 Then he glanced a glance on the stars. 88 And he said: "Verily, I am sick (with plague. He did this trick to remain in their temple of idols to destroy them and not to accompany them to the pagan's feast)." 89 So they turned away from him, and departed (for fear of the disease). 90 Then he slipped unto their gods and said: eat ye not? 91 “What is the matter with you, that you do not say anything?” 92 Then he turned upon them, striking them with his right hand, 93 Thereafter they (the people) came to him in haste. 94 He said: worship ye that which ye carve. 95 and God created you and what you make?' 96 They said, "Let us build a fire and throw him into the flames". 97 And they intended for him a plan, but We made them the most debased. 98 And he said, “Indeed I shall go to my Lord Who will guide me.” 99 Lord, grant me a righteous son.” 100 So We gave him the good news of a boy, possessing forbearance. 101 Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!" 102 And when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead, 103 We called unto him: O Abraham! 104 thou hast already fulfilled [the purpose of] that dream-vision!" Thus, verily, do We reward the doers of good: 105 This was indeed a plain trial. 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 And We left for him among the posterity: 108 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" 109 Thus do We reward the good. 110 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 111 And [in time] We gave him the glad tiding of Isaac, [who, too, would be] a prophet, one of the righteous; 112 and We blessed him and Isaac, and from their offspring are some gooddoers, and others who clearly wronged themselves. 113
