The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
