The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 Those are the verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
