Saad 5 of 5
Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 from which you are turning away. 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 “So when I have perfected him and breathed into him a spirit from Myself, (you all) fall down before him in prostration.” 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 'My curse shall rest on you until the Day of Recompense' 78 Satan said: “My Lord, then grant me respite till the Day that they are raised up.” 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 except those among them who are Your sincere worshipers' 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 Most certainly will I fill hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together!" 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 This is nothing but an Admonition for all people the world over. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
