Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
