Hizb 46

Jonah too was one of the Envoys; 139 When he fled on the laden ship, 140 And then they cast lots, and he was the one who lost; 141 Then a fish swallowed him, and he was blameworthy. 142 And had he not been one of those who glorify (Allah) 143 He would certainly have remained inside the Fish till the Day of Resurrection. 144 ۞ but We caused him to be cast forth on a desert shore, sick [at heart] as he was, 145 And We caused to grow up for him a gourdplant. 146 Then We sent him unto a hundred thousand, or more, 147 and they believed in him: so We let them live in ease for a while. 148 Now, ask them, has your Lord daughters, and they sons? 149 Did We create the angels females, to which they were witnesses? 150 Is it not of their own calumny that they say, 151 “Allah has begotten.” They are liars! 152 Does He prefer sons to daughters? 153 What is the matter with you that you make such strange judgements? 154 Do you not understand? 155 Or have you a clear authority? 156 Then produce your scriptures, if you are telling the truth. 157 They assert kinship between Him and the angels. But the angels know that they (the liars) will be arraigned (in Hell). 158 Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the things they ascribe (to Him)! 159 except for God's sincere servants. 160 But as for you, and that you serve, 161 you shall tempt none against Him 162 except him who shall roast in the Blazing Fire. 163 There is not one of us (angels) but has his known place (or position); 164 and, verily, we too are ranged [before Him in worship]; 165 And indeed, we are those who exalt Allah." 166 And indeed they used to say: 167 “If only we had the Reminder which had been granted to the people of yore 168 then were we God's sincere servants.' 169 But (now that the Qur'an has come), they reject it: But soon will they know! 170 And verily Our word went forth of old unto Our bondmen sent (to warn) 171 That undoubtedly, only they will be helped. 172 And that Our forces,- they surely must conquer. 173 So turn (away) from them for a while. 174 And wait; they will come to know soon. 175 What! would they then hasten on Our chastisement? 176 But then, once it alights upon them, hapless will be the awakening of those who were warned [to no avail]! 177 And leave them for a time. 178 And watch, for they will soon see. 179 Exaltations be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, above that they describe! 180 And Peace on the messengers! 181 And all the praise and thanks be to Allah, Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 182
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat). Sent down in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color. Pages diversely generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice. The Quran is the conclusive Final Testament of the One and Only God for all people of all colors and shapes.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
