Al-Zukhruf 7 of 7
O My creatures, there will be no fear or regret 68 Those who have faith in Our revelations and have submitted themselves to Our will, 69 Enter Paradise, you and your wives, in happiness. 70 There shall be sent round to them golden bowls and drinking-cups and therein shall be what their souls yearn after and (wherein) the eyes shall delight, and you shall abide therein. 71 This is the Paradise that you have been given for an inheritance for the things that you were doing. 72 and there is abundant fruit in it for you to eat." 73 But the evildoers dwell forever in the chastisement of Gehenna 74 (The torment) will not be lightened for them, and they will be plunged into destruction with deep regrets, sorrows and in despair therein. 75 And it is not We who will be doing wrong unto them, but it is they who will have wronged themselves. 76 And they will cry: "O thou [angel] who rulest [over hell]! Let thy Sustainer put an end to us!" [whereupon] he will reply: "Verily, you must live on [in this state] 77 Verily We have brought the Truth to you: but most of you have a hatred for Truth. 78 Or do they determine any thing (against the Prophet)? Lo! We (also) are determining. 79 Or do they, perchance, think that We do not hear their hidden thoughts and their secret confabulations? Yea, indeed, [We do,] and Our heavenly forces are with them, recording [all]. 80 Say: If the Beneficent Allah has a son, I am the foremost of those who serve. 81 Glory to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne (of Authority)! (He is free) from the things they attribute (to him)! 82 So leave them (alone) to speak nonsense and play until they meet the Day of theirs, which they have been promised. 83 And it is He who in heaven is God and in earth is God; He is the All-wise, the All-knowing. 84 And blessed is He Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and with Him is the knowledge of the hour, and to Him shall you be brought back. 85 And those they invoke besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know. 86 And wert thou to ask them who created them, they will surely say: God. Witherward then are they deviating! 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 So turn away from them and say, Peace, for they shall soon come to know. 89

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
