I swear by that which ye see. 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
