In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Ta, Ha. 1 We have not revealed the Quran to you that you may be unsuccessful. 2 But only as a reminder for those who fear [Allah] - 3 It is a sending down from Him who has created the earth, and the high heavens, 4 The Beneficent God is dominant over the Throne (of the realm). 5 To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and whatever lies in between them, and all that lies under the ground. 6 And if thou speakest the word aloud, then verily He knoweth the secret and the most hidden. 7 Allah! There is no Allah save Him. His are the most beautiful names. 8 (Muhammad), have you heard the story of Moses? 9 When he saw fire, he said to his family: Stop, for surely I see a fire, haply I may bring to you therefrom a live coal or find a guidance at the fire. 10 So when he came to it, a voice was uttered: O Musa: 11 Surely I am your Lord, therefore put off your shoes; surely you are in the sacred valley, Tuwa, 12 I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed to you. 13 “Indeed it is Me, Allah – there is no God except I – therefore worship Me and keep the prayer established for My remembrance.” 14 "Verily the Hour is coming - My design is to keep it hidden - for every soul to receive its reward by the measure of its Endeavour. 15 Hence, let not anyone who does not believe in its coming and follows [but] his own desires divert thee from [belief in] it, lest thou perish! 16 And what is in your right hand, O Moses?" 17 He said, “This is my staff; I support myself on it, and I knock down leaves for my sheep with it, and there are other uses for me in it.” 18 The Lord said, "Moses, throw it on the ground". 19 and he cast it down, and behold it was a serpent sliding. 20 He said: Take hold of it and fear not; We will restore it to its former state: 21 “And put your hand inside your armpit – it will come out shining white, not due to any illness – one more sign.” 22 "That We may show you (some) of Our Greater Signs. 23 Go thou unto Fir'awn; verily he hath waxen exorbitant. 24
