Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return. 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 (They will be told): "Verily you and the gods you worshipped beside Allah are the fuel of Hell. All of you are bound to arrive there. 98 If these had been gods, they would not have got there! but each one will abide therein. 99 There will only be groaning for them, and they will not hear any thing. 100 Lo! those unto whom kindness hath gone forth before from Us, they will be far removed from thence. 101 no sound thereof will they hear; and they will abide in all that their souls have ever desired. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 Herein, surely, is a message for those devoted to worship. 106 And We have not sent thee except as a mercy unto the Worlds. 107 Say: "This is what has been revealed to me: 'Your God is one and only God.' So will you bow in homage to Him?" 108 But if they turn away, say: "I have proclaimed this in equity unto all of you alike; but I do not know whether that [judgment] which you are promised [by God] is near or far [in time]. 109 “Indeed Allah knows whatever is said, and knows all what you conceal.” 110 And I know not but that this may be a trial for you, and enjoyment for a while. 111 He said: O my Lord! judge Thou with truth; and our Lord is the Beneficent Allah, Whose help is sought against what you ascribe (to Him). 112
