We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 Do not choose other gods besides Him. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you". 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
