The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 A flaming fire! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
