Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And does not urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 They who would be seen, 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
