And when We replace a verse* by another – and Allah well knows what He sends down – the disbelievers say, “You are just fabricating”; in fact most of them do not know. (* The command of one verse by another.) 101 Say (O Muhammad SAW) Ruh-ul-Qudus [Jibrael (Gabriel)] has brought it (the Quran) down from your Lord with truth, that it may make firm and strengthen (the Faith of) those who believe and as a guidance and glad tidings to those who have submitted (to Allah as Muslims). 102 And indeed, full well do We know that they say: "It is but a human being that imparts [all] this to him! - [notwithstanding that] the tongue of him to whom they so maliciously point is wholly outlandish, whereas this is Arabic speech, clear [in itself] and clearly showing the truth [of its source]. 103 Those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah, Allah does not guide them for them is a painful punishment. 104 Only they invent falsehood who believe not Allah's revelations, and (only) they are the liars. 105 Whosoever denies having once believed -- unless he is forced to do so while his heart enjoys the peace of faith -- and opens his mind to disbelief will suffer the wrath of God. Their punishment will be great, 106 This is because they love this world's life more than the hereafter, and because Allah does not guide the unbelieving people. 107 These are the ones whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed; and they are the neglectful. 108 Truly it is they, they who in the life to come shall be the losers! 109 ۞ Then indeed your Lord? to those who emigrated, after they were persecuted, and then strove and were patient, surely, your Lord is thereafter Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 110
