Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e. the Day of Resurrection); 1 Faces on that Day shall be downcast, 2 Travailing, worn. 3 The while they enter the Blazing Fire,- 4 that is fueled from a tremendously hot fountain, 5 They will have no food other than bitter and thorny fruit 6 which will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger. 7 (Other) faces that Day will be joyful, 8 Glad with their endeavour (for their good deeds which they did in this world, along with the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism). 9 in a sublime Garden, 10 In which they will not hear any lewd speech. 11 Therein will be a running spring, 12 Wherein are couches raised 13 Goblets set, 14 and cushions ranged, 15 And linen spread out. 16 Do they not then ponder how the clouds were formed; 17 And the heaven, how it is reared aloft, 18 And the hills, how they are set up? 19 And at the earth, how it is spread out? 20 And so, [O Prophet,] exhort them; thy task is only to exhort: 21 You are not a dictator over them. 22 But whosoever will turn back and disbelieve 23 Allah will punish him with direst punishment. 24 Indeed only towards Us is their return 25 then upon Us shall rest their reckoning. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
