SAY: "O my Sustainer! If it be Thy will to let me witness [the fulfillment of] whatever they [who blaspheme against Thee] have been promised [to suffer] 93 My Lord! then place me not among the wrong-doing people. 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.' 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 That I may do right in that which I have left behind! But nay! It is but a word that he speaketh; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised. 100 When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another: 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 and those whose scales are light, those will be the ones who will have courted loss. They will abide in Hell. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted. 104 [And God will say:] "Were not My messages conveyed unto you, and were you [not] wont to give them the lie?" 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 O our Lord! Take us out of it; then if we return (to evil) surely we shall be unjust. 107 He will say: "Be ye driven into it (with ignominy)! And speak ye not to Me! 108 There was a section among My creatures that said: 'O Lord, we believe. Forgive us and have mercy upon us, for You are the best of the merciful.' 109 But you took them for a laughing-stock, till they made you forget My remembrance, mocking at them. 110 I have rewarded them this day for they were constant, and they have come to attainment." 111 They will be asked: "How long did you live on the earth in terms of years?" 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 [KNOW,] then, [that] God is sublimely exalted, the Ultimate Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth: there is no deity save Him, the Sustainer, in bountiful almightiness enthroned! 116 If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through! 117 Say: "My Lord, forgive and have mercy. You are the best of the merciful." 118
True are the words of God the Almighty.
