۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
