Al-Zukhruf 4 of 7

To whosoever blinds himself from the Remembrance of the Merciful, We shall assign him a satan so he is his companion, 36 And lo! they surely turn them from the way of Allah, and yet they deem that they are rightly guided; 37 till, when he comes to Us, he says, 'Would there had been between me and thee the distance of the two Easts!' An evil comrade! 38 (It will be said to them) “And you will not benefit from them this day, whereas you are unjust – for you are all partners in the punishment.” 39 Can you [Prophet] make the deaf hear? Or guide either the blind or those who are in manifest error? 40 So if We take you away, We shall then indeed take revenge from them. 41 Or show you some of what We have promised them. They are certainly well within Our power. 42 So hold fast to what has been revealed to you. You are truly on the right path. 43 And lo! it is in truth a Reminder for thee and for thy folk; and ye will be questioned. 44 And ask those We sent before you of Our messengers; have We made besides the Most Merciful deities to be worshipped? 45
