The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
