But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), proclaim the purity of your Lord, the Greatest. 52
