He it is Who hath created for you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 78 It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you shall all be mustered. 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 But they say the same as the ancients said, 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?" 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 'Allah' they will reply. Say: 'How then can you be so bewitched' 89 In fact We have sent the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
