O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and wives of the believers that they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments [when in public], so as to be recognized and not harmed. God is most forgiving and most merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease and the agitators in the city do not desist, We shall most certainly set you over them, then they shall not be your neighbors in it but for a little while; 60 Accursed wherever they are found, [being] seized and massacred completely. 61 Such has been God's way with those who have gone before them. You shall find no change in the ways of God. 62 Men ask you about the hour; say: The knowledge of it is only with Allah, and what will make you comprehend that the hour may be nigh. 63 Surely Allah has cursed the unbelievers and has prepared for them a burning fire, 64 therein they shall abide for ever. They shall find none to protect or help them. 65 Upon the day when their faces are turned about in the Fire they shall say, 'Ah, would we had obeyed God and the Messenger! 66 They will say: “Our Lord, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they turned us away from the Right Way. 67 O our Sustainer! Give them double suffering, and banish them utterly from Thy grace!" 68
