Proof (Al-Bayyinah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Those who disbelieve among the People of the Scripture and the idolaters could not have left off (erring) till the clear proof came unto them, 1 An apostle from Allah rehearsing Writs cleansed. 2 Containing correct and straight laws from Allah. 3 And those who were given the Book did not become divided except after clear evidence had come to them. 4 And they are ordered naught else than to serve Allah, keeping religion pure for Him, as men by nature upright, and to establish worship and to pay the poor-due. That is true religion. 5 Indeed, they who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures. 6 The righteously striving believers are the best of all creatures. 7 Their reward with Allah will be gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them and they with Him. That is for whoever has feared his Lord. 8
