It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will say: "God." Say: "Then why do you not obey and fear Him?" 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 Nay! We have brought to them the truth, and most surely they are liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself a son, nor is there any other deity besides Him; otherwise, each god would have walked away with what he had created. They would surely have tried to overcome one another. Glory be to God, above all that they ascribe to Him. 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
