Your God is one God. But the hearts of those who believe not in the life to come are filled with denial, and they are puffed up with pride. 22 Assuredly Allah knoweth that which they keep hidden and that which they proclaim. Lo! He loveth not the proud. 23 And when it is said to them, “What has your Lord sent down?”, they say, “The tales of former people.” 24 Hence, on Resurrection Day they shall bear the full weight of their own burdens, as well as some of the burdens of those ignorant ones whom they have led astray: oh, how evil the load with which they shall be burdened! 25
