It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Ask them, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! Exalted be He over all that they associate as partners to Him! 92
