And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
