Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
