Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 like boiling water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 Surely the godfearing shall be in a station secure 51 among gardens and fountains, 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 Therefore We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue. They may haply take a warning. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
