▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And this surely is great evidence if you can understand -- 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
