The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephants? 1 Did He not make their plan go wrong, 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 hurling against them stones of baked clay 4 And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle). 5

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
