And recite to them the news of Abraham, 69 when he asked his father and others, "What do you worship?" 70 They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted." 71 'Do they hear you when you call on them' He asked. 72 or do they cause you any benefit or harm?" 73 They said: "Nay, but we found our fathers doing thus (what we do)." 74 He said: 'Have you considered what you worship, 75 you and your forefathers -- 76 Lo! they are (all) an enemy unto me, save the Lord of the Worlds, 77 who created me, and Himself guides me, 78 And He Who gives me to eat and gives me to drink: 79 And when I sicken, then He healeth me, 80 Who will make me die, then give me life again, 81 and He who will, I hope, forgive me my faults on the Day of the Judgement. 82 My Lord! Vouchsafe me wisdom and unite me to the righteous. 83 "Grant me honourable mention on the tongue of truth among the latest (generations); 84 And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Delight, 85 Forgive my father. He has gone astray. 86 And abase me not on the day when they are raised, 87 the Day when nothing will avail, neither wealth nor offspring, 88 except for him who comes to God with a pure heart. 89 "To the righteous, the Garden will be brought near, 90 and hell will be left open for the rebellious ones 91 And it shall be said unto them where is that which ye were wont to worship? 92 instead of God? Can these [things and beings] be of any help to you or to themselves?" 93 Then they shall be pitched into it, they and the perverse 94 And the soldiers of Iblees, all together. 95 They will say while contending therein, 96 "By God, we were most obviously astray 97 “When we considered you equal to the Lord Of The Creation.” 98 It was nothing but the evildoers who led us astray. 99 and now we have none to intercede on our behalf, 100 and no sincere friend. 101 If we could only return to the world and be among the believers." 102 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 103 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
