We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
