1/2 Hizb 54

۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, 83 right before your very eyes? 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And burning in hell. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تشير بداية ونهاية كل سورة الى السور المنزلة قبلها و بعدها. يمكنك الضغط على أي منها للذهاب إليها.
The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
