3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
We created man -- We know the promptings of his soul, and are closer to him than his jugular vein -- 16 Since the two scribes are sitting on each of his shoulders, he does not utter a word which is not recorded immediately by the watchful scribes. 17 Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it). 18 and (the human being will be told), "This is what you had been trying to run away from". 19 And the Horn will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the threat. 20 And there shall come every soul therewith shall be a driver and a witness. 21 You were heedless of this, but now We have removed your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 His companion will say: "Here is (the record) I have ready with me." 23 Cast ye twain into Hell every person rebellious, contumacious. 24 "Hinderer of good, transgressor, doubter, 25 “The one who appointed another God along with Allah so both of you fling him into the severe punishment.” 26 ۞ His accompanying devil said, “Our Lord! I did not cause him to rebel, but he himself was in extreme error.” 27 Allah will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat. 28 “With Me, the decree does not change, and nor do I oppress the bondmen.” 29
