The News (Al-Naba')
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej) before The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Of what do they ask one another? 1 About the great news, (i.e. Islamic Monotheism, the Quran, which Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) brought and the Day of Resurrection, etc.), 2 About which they are in disagreement. 3 Nay, but in time they will come to understand [it]! 4 Verily, verily they shall soon (come to) know! 5 Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse, 6 And the high hills bulwarks? 7 Have We not created you in pairs, 8 And We made your sleep to be rest (to you), 9 and made the night [its] cloak 10 And We have made the day for seeking livelihood. 11 We have built above you seven mighty heavens, 12 And We made a shining lamp, 13 And sent down, from the rain clouds, pouring water 14 That We may bring forth thereby grain and vegetation 15 and gardens dense with foliage. 16 Lo! the Day of Decision is a fixed time, 17 the day the Trumpet is blown, and you shall come in troops, 18 And the heaven will be opened – it therefore becomes like gates. 19 And the mountains shall be moved off so that they shall remain a mere semblance. 20 Indeed hell is lying in ambush. 21 The rebels' abode, 22 Living therein for ages. 23 tasting therein neither coolness nor any drink 24 But boiling and intensely cold water, 25 Reward proportioned (to their evil deeds). 26 Behold, they were not expecting to be called to account, 27 They called Our revelations false with strong denial. 28 And everything have We recorded in a Book. 29 [So We shall say], "Taste, then, [the fruit of your evil doings,] for now We shall bestow on you nothing but more and more suffering!" 30

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
