The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful 1

All praise is due to God alone, the Sustainer of all the worlds, 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 Sovereign of the Day of Requital. 4 You (Alone) we worship, and you (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). 5 Show us the straight path, 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not of those on whom is indignation brought down, nor of the astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
