What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
