So he did not accept the truth, nor did he pray, 31 but rejected the Truth and turned away! 32 and then went arrogantly back to what he had come from. 33 Nearer unto thee and nearer, 34 Alas, the woe for you! 35 Does the human being think that he will be left uncontrolled? 36 Was he not once a drop of ejaculated semen, 37 Then he became a clot; then (Allah) shaped and fashioned 38 And made of him two mates, the male and the female. 39 Has not He, (the same), the power to give life to the dead? 40
