O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose. And if the fly should steal away from them a [tiny] thing, they could not recover it from him. Weak are the pursuer and pursued. 73 No true understanding of God have they [who err in this way]: for, verily, God is most powerful, almighty! 74 God selects messengers from both angels and from mankind; God is all hearing and all seeing: 75 He knows what is before them, and what is behind them. And to Allah return all matters (for decision). 76 O you who believe! Bow down, and prostrate yourselves, and worship your Lord and do good that you may be successful. ۩ 77 And strive hard in (the way of) Allah, (such) a striving as is due to Him; He has chosen you and has not laid upon you an hardship in religion; the faith of your father Ibrahim; He named you Muslims before and in this, that the Apostle may be a bearer of witness to you, and you may be bearers of witness to the people; therefore keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and hold fast by Allah; He is your Guardian; how excellent the Guardian and how excellent the Helper! 78
