The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir)
56 verses, revealed in Mecca after Unknown Person (Al-Muzzammil) before The Key (Al-Faatehah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
O you (Prophet Muhamad), the cloaked, 1 Arise, and warn, 2 And your Lord (Allah) magnify! 3 Thy raiment purify, 4 And stay away from idols. 5 And bestow not favors that you may receive again with increase, 6 and for the sake of your Lord, be patient. 7 And when the trumpet is blown, 8 So that is a tough day. 9 Not of ease, for disbelievers. 10 Leave Me alone [to deal] with him whom I have created alone, 11 And then bestowed upon him ample means, 12 and sons that stand in witness. 13 And I adjusted affairs for him adjustably; 14 yet he is eager that I increase him. 15 Never will he receive more. He has been hostile to Our revelations. 16 Soon will I visit him with a mount of calamities! 17 For lo! he did consider; then he planned - 18 death seized him, how was his determining! 19 What an evil plan he has made! 20 Then he looked round; 21 then he frowned, and scowled, 22 Then he turned back and was big with pride, 23 And said: This is naught else than magic from of old; 24 This is naught else than speech of mortal man. 25 I shall surely roast him in Sakar; 26 And what could make thee conceive what hell-fire is? 27 It lets nothing remain and leaves nothing [unburned], 28 Blackening the skins. 29 Over it are nineteen keepers. 30 And We have appointed none but the angels to be wardens of the Fire. And their number we have made only a trial for those who disbelieve, so that those who are vouchsafed the Book may be convinced, and that those who believe may increase in faith, and that those who are vouchsafed the Book and the believers may not doubt, and that those in whose hearts is a disease and the infidels may say: what meaneth Allah by this description! In this wise Allah sendeth astray whomsoever He will, and guideth whomsoever He will. And none knoweth the hosts of thy Lord but He. And it is naught but an admonition unto man. 31

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
