Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 I have only received revelation to give you plain warning. 70 When thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to create a mortal out of mire, 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 So all the angels prostrated, every one, without exception. 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 (God) said: "You have the respite 80 Till the appointed day." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
