Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is? 2 The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months; 3 in hosts descend in it the angels, bearing divine inspiration by their Sustainer's leave; from all [evil] that may happen 4 All peace is that night until the rise of dawn. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
