And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 And We have kept it guarded from every outcast devil. 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 Your Lord will surely gather them together: Certainly He is all-wise and all-knowing. 25
