And truly, this (the Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists), 192 trustworthy divine inspiration has alighted with it from on high 193 Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners - 194 It has been revealed in plain Arabic. 195 And verily, it (the Quran, and its revelation to Prophet Muhammad SAW) is (announced) in the Scriptures [i.e. the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] of former people. 196 Is not the fact (that the Israelite scholars already knew about the Quran through their Book) sufficient evidence for the pagans of the truthfulness (of the Quran)? 197 (But such is their adamance) that had We revealed it to one of the non-Arabs and even if he had recited (this clear Arabic discourse) to them 198 And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it. 199 Thus it passes through the hearts of the criminals. 200 they will not believe in it till they behold the grievous suffering 201 so that it will come upon them suddenly, while they are unaware, 202 Then they will exclaim, "Could we have some respite?" 203 Seek haste then they with our torment? 204 Then have you considered if We gave them enjoyment for years 205 and then the chastisement of which they were being warned were to come upon them, 206 So of what benefit will be the comforts that they were using? 207 And We did not destroy any town but it had (its) warners, 208 To advise; and We never oppress. 209 And it is not the Shayatin (devils) who have brought it (this Quran) down, 210 Neither would it suit them, nor they can (produce it). 211 Verily far from hearing are they removed. 212 (Muhammad), do not worship anything besides God lest you suffer the punishment. 213 And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred. 214 and be meek to the believers who follow you. 215 If they disobey you, tell them, "I condemn your disobedient deeds". 216 And rely thou upon the Mighty, the Merciful. 217 Who observes you when you rise (to pray) 218 And thy movements among those who fall prostrate. 219 Surely, He is the Hearer, the Knower. 220 Should I tell you to whom the satans come? 221 They descend on every lying (one who tells lies), sinful person. 222 who lends an ear to them, and most of them are liars. 223 And as to the poets, those who go astray follow them. 224 Have you not seen how they wander in every valley, 225 preaching what they do not practice. 226 except those who believed and acted righteously and remembered Allah much, and when they themselves were subjected to wrong, they exacted retribution no more than to the extent of the wrong? Soon will the wrong-doers know the end that they shall reach. 227
God the Almighty always says the truth.
