Believers, do not let either your possessions or your children divert you from the Remembrance of Allah. Those who do that shall be the losers. 9 And expend of that wherewith We have provided you afore death cometh unto one of you, and he saith: 'my Lord! wouldst Thou not defer me for a short term, so that I would give alms and become of the righteous. 10 But never does God grant a delay to a human being when his term has come; and God is fully aware of all that you do. 11
